different era. for both teams. While jawja has tommy Bowden 2.0 for a coach we got Dabo and the Chad. UGA, Richt and Murray choke in big games... pulling a Georgia will soon be the new slogan when Boyd and co. get done with you.

I have been to games for 25 yrs at DV. One thing remains true, the place will be rocking and packed...however, if the team is losing or the weather is bad, the fans will bail.

How many games have you been to at Clemson where the fans leave early in the first half? Any? I know of one game in USuC where that happen in 2003......
It's ignorant to think that the crowd isn't going to be in the game.

first game of the year a couple of years ago because it was sluggish to start the season? The Clemson crowd is loud and rowdy when things are good but they will show their displeasure when they are not pleased.

Raised in Charlotte graduate of both schools longtime member of this site but very few posts. Get excited when football season comes around but embarrassed by ridiculous statements of both fan bases and tend to call them out.
Season ticket holder for both and yes have been to many games at DV where fans left early due to poor play and an impending loss. Have also been to many games including 1-21 seasons at USC where fans stuck it out only to be crushed by another loss. Losing is not something Clemson fans handle well. Unfortunately the fans of your rival have been through it and factually deal with it better.
I hear an oh well they are losers coming on??
Can't slam them for loving their team even if they were losing, otherwise you are slamming your own loyalty for possibly only being good fans due to winning for years.
Either way college football is fun and not as serious as some here think. I pull for most SEC and ACC schools simply due to where I grew up. Have worked all over the country and nobody does it like we do. I remember being at an Arizona St game in the beautiful city of Scottsdale with #10 Washington conference game on tv and enjoying it with about 10,000 fans. Now that puts it in perspective and ASU isn't a terrible team, I guess there is just so much to do in the area they forget about college football

I remember quite a few games where your fans changed into aluminum suits in the third and fourth. Do I need to post pics?
