.500 team

We are a .500 team right and I agree we need to be better than that. Will moving on from Brownell make the difference and make us better than a .500 team in the future? At as of today there are 164 teams in D1 that are at .500 or below. Sometimes the answer is just not clear.

If we hire a coach that is a better recruiter than Brad then we will improve. Brad can coach but just can’t land enough good recruits. 5 stars usually defeat 3 stars which was the case last night. However we did miss Collins and Tyson and they got their big gun back after 3 weeks. If you can hire a better recruiter then do it. If not we are just as well off with Brad.

I like you response, but I think you are missing the most important point; Realistically we will never be able to match Duke, UNC, maybe even Virginia in the # of 5 star ,even 4 star "BASKETBALL" talent.
But you should be able to recruit against the likes of Ga. Tech, FSU ,Miami, Wake, State, Syracuse ,Pittsburg ,Notre Dame, Va.Tech, and Louisville.
And don't even get me started on Boston College.
But Brad can't even seem to pull off that feat.
