The Braves are not a serious contender with Will Smith as their closer. He always has traffic on the base path. He’s blown 2 out of the last 3 saves.
I bet they throw freakin Minter in the 10th if they get there. I can’t believe they recalled that guy.

We'll see if he's fixed his issues on the big stage. Smith is certainly in a slump but he's all we got at this point. Maybe Rodriguez, maybe Matzek but that's it.

If the Braves could hit a n extra innings. They are just terrible in extras. Lowest average in the league at around .150.

Well Max Fried is available off the bench. lol he has hit better then most the catchers we played since Travis got hurt.

That's been said a billion times, but it doesn't make any truer, lol. The Braves DIDN'T "let him walk." They offered him MORE than that (per reports, and no actual number was given, IIRC), but he wanted to be on the west coast, and he even said as much himself.
I just get tired of all the "let him walk" nonsense because it's just not true, lol.
