Sure it's against the rules but if the UNC scandal taught us anything it's that the NCAA will take around 10 years to pass down a punishment. He would be able to go through his entire NFL career before he'd get disqualified.

I think this is good advice and there are no logical flaws.

Didn't James Davis come back after declaring for the draft? Maybe
it has something to do with hiring an agent.

"Miami Hurricanes guard Isaiah Wong will enter the transfer portal on Friday if his name, image and likeness (NIL) compensation isn't increased, his NIL agent, Adam Papas of NEXT Sports Agency, told ESPN on Thursday.
