I was in Junior High/High School way back when. Remember thinking at that time that everything was terrible. Of course, things returned to normal and we proceeded to own them for the 40 years or so.

Their current 3 game winning streak over us will pass also (beginning this November) and the Chicken Curse will be back from hibernation.

I was in school at Clemson during the last SCAR 3-in-a-row ... it was horrible!!

And it actually seemed as though their program had surpassed ours.

When they beat us 56-20 in 1975, it was obvious to all but the most obtuse observer that Clemson would never again win more than the occasional game in the series. ;)

37 years later, history seems to be repeating itself.

Yeah, Clemson can fire up the cheating machine again(as if they haven't already) so they can get the upper hand back. That would be very reminisent of the late 70's and early 80's. Heck, it paid off for Clemson in many ways. A national championship and extending their lead significantly in the rivalry as the big time cheating continued to pay dividends all the way through the early part of this century.
