I hope not, that sucks, certainly not tradition. We have the Bus Ride and the Hill, South Carolina has a Chicken taking a shower and blowing smoke. Don't get funky with our traditions, like helmets and orange britches on special occasions.

I don't want to see these chrome helmets! Too gimmicky! Not consistent with Clemson tradition! Besides ... At the 2016 Fort Hill Club Recruiting Wrap-Up I won one of only three full-size chrome helmets in existence. Moreover, it was autographed by the 9 coaches that helped win the Natty that year. If the team went with the chrome look, more of them might come on the market and diminish the value of mine. So I never want to see the chrome look on Clemson football helmets. Pretty selfish of me, huh?

You are correct, they wear costumes, Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airment, Coast Guard and the Space force wear uniforms.
