more competitive with them financially the days of old are probably over. I also get the feeling that a lot of Clemson fans, while I realize there's not a whole lot that we as fans can do about it, either don't get this or maybe are sticking their heads in the sand about it? Sort of a not wanting to admit it thing maybe. That's at least the impression I sometimes get.

I don't think it's necessarily the "juice" that is making them so much bigger. Our S&C program is extremely soft compared to theirs.

I think this is a huge contributing factor as to why they have been so much more physical then us the past few years. I think it's time we ramp up our S&C program.

a move to the Big 12 would be in our best interests. It's a football league. If we and FSU move to there, I think that the extra money will more than make up for additional travel. Adduing us and FSU, 2 new markets (especially Florida), 2 good football programs and the TV money to the Big 12 will go up appreciably. Time will tell I guess.

just about reached the point where if an invitation is extended from the Big 12, we just don't have much choice. And again, one of my biggest reasons for concluding this is based on my comments above about the rivalry with S.Carolina.

we'll be back. i have to live near cola. and i am cu fan to the death. i remember when going to a coots game was a joke, everybody would tailgate and go the bars when the game started. f the shamecocks. we will always be a superior school in everyway

Not superior in every way these days. They are superior to us in football at this time, and unfortunately have been for the past four years.
