From his subpoena
Nov 3, 2016, 10:13 AM
|
|
"For the time period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012, any and all documents and communications in your possession, and/or sent from or received by the email addresses "hdr22@clintonemail.com," "hrod17@clintonemail.com," or any other email address or communications device used by you or another on your behalf, referring or relating to: (a) Libya (including but not limited to Benghazi and Tripoli); (b) weapons located or found in, imported or brought into, and/or exported or removed from Libya; (c) the attacks on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and September 12, 2012; or (d) statements pertaining to the attacks on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and September 12, 2012."
Which was sent 10 months after the investigation started and they found out about the private server.
If there is evidence she violated that subpoena by destroying emails after it was issued, then the House can pass a resolution holding her in contempt and put her in jail, right? (maybe cam knows differently)
If everything the right is saying were true, wouldn't Gowdy have arrested her by now?

Isn't this when/where "deny, lie, obfuscate and, oh, yes, invoke 5th Amendment Rights" came into play?
Please correct me if I'm wrong?

So you're saying that lack of evidence is evidence of guilt. Got it.

Yet 'you wonder why'....

.... the many procedural delays, combined with 30,000 deleted emails, are an issue?
Juan 'MIGHT' argue that juan could get rid of a LOT of 'evidence'...IF juan were given enough time.
(BTW: I REALLY need to quit screwing off and get some details attended to here at the diesel fitter factory before I take a long weekend off, so if you would care to just skip over any other/additional defense of Crooked Hillary and jump straight to attacking Sleazy Don, I would appreciate it so I can read that broken record diatribe one more time, and then go ahead and logout of tnet for now?)

Did you mean the 10 month delay in issuing the subpoena?

I love how you guys think, based on this committee, Gowdy's some super ballsy bulldog warrior and he's basically feckless as a prosecutor in this case.
