why they are taking this to court...just read this from their facebook page...
If they bring a lawsuit, will it hold water? they seem to believe so...

Again, it's a choice to come to Clemson and I'm sure most knew Dabo is very religious. Probably not someone who would be offended would play for.
They will probably have an easier time finding a former player...maybe Chad Kelly(lol)....
They have plenty of money, and they will probably buy a victim, which is why it will most likely be a former player.

that much baggage. It will probably be someone who played and went early to the NFL only to underachieve and get cut. Or someone who played, didn't make any NFL teams, but otherwise had no issues while at Clemson.
There's a list being created right now I promise. But it won't be Chad Kelly.
Or Clemson will cave, and visibly, and they will relent. That's an option as well.

yes it was a clips in person, it would not be someone in the spotlight. It would be someone in the background with an axe to grind.

with zero issues and no axe to grind, who may need some $$$. It will probably not be a star, or even a starter, but a yeoman player who was probably 3rd to 2nd string, played his time, graduated, had no issues, and is otherwise a good person minus some financial problems that we won't know about.

I did some looking around and can't see that they get monetary damages from their lawsuits... they'll force you to build a fence around your jesus statue, but I can't find any news stories that indicate monetary damages paid out.
