Questions about Dabo Swinney show.

What is the purpose of the show?
1. Is a recruiting commercial for future recruits?
2. Is it a review of the game for loyal fans?
3. Is is a 27 minute commercial for Clemson with 3 minutes of highlights?

If it is for the fans it is the worst coach's show I have ever watched. I don't know about point #1 but I know it is unlike any other coach's show out there and that is not in the positive IMO.

pretty boring and corny. I remember back in the day I could hardly make it through 5 minutes of the Tommy Bowden Show.

saw him on the acc network the other day. he is terrible on tv. several years and still just as bad as ever

I think it was redesigned this year to tick off fans and make the university look bad. And it appears to do both well based on the posts here. :)

now they are almost always some propaganda for the school/coach/program. If you look in your guide they almost always say "Paid Programming." Even the network thinks its an infomercial.

I think the only reason that coaches still have them is so that they can get a salary beyond what the school is obligated to pay.

A place for ball coaches to go and get their drinking money. Some even show up after drinking.

In our case, since Dabo doesn't drink, it is pretty boring.

Almost all facets of our media have taken a nosedive over the past 10-15 years, including the Tiger Tailgate Show, radio broadcasts, and coach's show.
