Question: If you question the leadership of an athletic program are you…

Dec 5, 2022, 9:46 AM

Not a true fan? I’m tired of seeing this simple uneducated remarks from other fans that would rather turn their head at mediocre performances. Sometimes, I think these people could see a slow oil leak under their automobile. They will reply nothing to see here and overtime end up biting them in the rear.
I just don’t understand why these fans think we can’t have an opinion against Dabo and his staff.

Another example is questioning the President or leaders. Are we not “true Americans” for questioning something we love?

We shouldn’t have to bring out our $90,000 tuition bill to prove anything to our devotion to the football program.

I consider myself a consumer fan. The minute I buy Clemson gear, purchase a ticket, or donate to IPTAY I get to decide how well my support is being used. I get a voice. I'd even argue anyone who invests time in watching the game has a say. I'm certain the Athletic Department would agree have people passionate about the program and voicing their opinion is better than having a fan base that doesn't care. Look at how many new coaches are tasked with getting the fan base back involved (Georgia Tech). When all is said and done I'm behind our Tiger teams Win or Tie.

And remember Dabo is our EMPLOYEE Clemson is a public school All the athletic facilities (and death valley) belong to us the tax payers Not to mention Iptay and fan donations pay for that mountain of money Dabo has You better believe when one of my highly paid employees doesnt deliver I have every right to question him

It's more the over the top attacks on the character and make-up here rather than just being bent out of shape over play calls or personnel stuff that didn't pan out for us. Nobody other than a few trolls on here are okay with losing to SCar, ever. If 11-2 with an ACC championship and an opportunity to finish the season with an Orange Bowl win and the 8th best football record in our history is turning one's head at mediocre performances, then someone needs a perspective check.
