I hate the fact that Notre Dame won last night!

I could give two craps about the "SOS" argument.

I'm sick and tired of that team "hanging around" the top 10!

All the talking heads would just "love" to have a "1 loss" ND with a "quality loss in bad conditions" sneak back into the picture!

Can't they just GO AWAY already???

It's bad enough their precious "Bama" is still just "hanging around", but ND too?!?

Keep winning Tigers!!!

It's good for us. Also, Kelly shoving an assistant gives the appearance that ND is nervous and undisciplined. This also works in Clemson's favor.

makes our resume the best in the country according to several analysts. This ensures we stay in the top 4. Once Notre Dame loses, we no longer have the best resume. Maybe we stay in the top 4 regardless, but I don't prefer worse odds.

If Stanford beats Notre Dame and wins out, and Bama beats LSU and wins out, Baylor wins out... and FSU and Notre Dame end up with 3 losses then we have a serious chance of missing out despite being undefeated.

As a Clemson fan, I want what's best for Clemson. I don't dislike other teams more than I like Clemson. My priorities, therefore, are with Clemson's interests before spite.
