Off Topic: assembling elliptical machine

Anybody got info/advice on how assemble a Sole E95 elliptical? Got one last week and gonna get started this weekend and looking for advice.

a set of 30 weight ball bearings.

Make sure you prep it first with some 3 n 1 oil and some gauze pads.

You're also gonna need about 10 quarts of antifreeze, preferably Prestone....no, make that Quaker State.

I just put one together that my wife ordered on Amazon. The instructions were pretty easy to follow except in 1 or 2 spots.

You may have to re-tighten the connections after the first use. Enjoy.

You should have done your research before making your purchase. You should have bought a Precor -their instructions and video make assembly so easy and the machine will last you for years! Next time buy a Precor!
