Likely a Top 10 match up between Clemson and notre Dame. This game will be the season I believe. Should be fun to watch go Tigers

Toughest games of Wisconsin and Clemson at home. Who do you think they lose to? Navy or USC Trojans or Georgia Tech or Pitt or Stanford or ....They will have hype factor, they will not have many losses. Top ten very possible in my opinion and yes that game on the road will be the game for Clemson and our return to playoffs if we win it! Gameday will have their spot reserved for that Nov date already.

The onus is on you to argue why they won't be. They were #11 to end the season and they should have been in the top 10. They're a team that depends on short passes to control the ball, and they lost to Michigan in what was hurricane-like weather. They also lost to the #4 ranked team at night away by less than one score. They ended the season by beating their last 5 opponents, which included two ranked teams, by an average score of 42-13. They're two years removed from being the second best team in the country. And they're returning a ton of players, including Book and their entire offensive line. They're going to be a good team next year.

They look to be far and away your best pre-CFB opponent next year. The ACC needs to get its act together!

The alternative is PAC 12, Big 12, Big 10 teams that probably don’t belong there either.

ND lost to 2 ranked teams, and managed to beat Navy (#20) last year. I doubt ND cracks the Top 15 in 2020. Looking at our 2020 schedule, CLEMSON would have to play the subs the entire game every week to manage to lose to most of our opponents. Just exaggerating of course, but NOBODY is going to come close to beating CLEMSON in 2020 during the regular season.

My granddaughters teacher is taking me to the game. Don't know why, but he has an extra ticket and is a diehard ND fan, but when Clemson is playing he is a Tiger fan, except when they play each other. He is going to have a long trip back home that day.

New OC is a good one. QB is a Senior.
We were better team in 2018, but similar to LSU for us this year, that game was fundamentally decided by 3-4 plays we made that they did not.

It will be a massive game especially in November with possibility of bad weather. A late loss is hard to recover from so it will be critical.

The fact that Clemson can lose a single game with an ACC schedule and still end up in the playoffs is just sad. ACC needs to get serious.
