Northern Iowa beat St. Bonaventure

by 10 points yesterday…in a place called…St. Bonaventure, NY.
Unless it’s just a huge coincidence, I’m guessing that was a home game for the Bonnies. Like an actual home game.

How could a mid-major like N Iowa go there and win in front of all those fans? How can this be explained?

I’m puzzled.

Playing on the road is harder than playing at home. It is not impossible to win on the road. I hope this helps.

Yeah, I don't think Bony is great. Probably a tourney team. I think we let off the gas and let them of the hook and let them back in the game. We did it again against WVU. I hope Brad is on it and not letting the guys feel sorry for themselves because of the Flu. The next two games will be telling, we should run Rutgers and Miami off the floor with a healthy team.

Well, you get points for putting the ball in the basket, either 2 or 3, depending on how far you are from the basket. Somebody keeps track of how many each team has and once the game clock expires the team with the most points win. It’s about that simple.
