130 Guns Confiscated in One Week

in Detroit last week. Crime is through the roof and we are actually getting a little nervous around here these days. Shootings on the freeways are a regular occurrence and bystanders are being shot. The old line of you have nothing to worry about if you aren't involved in anything illegal is not the case anymore.

We are safe where we are at, but to go to certain areas to grab dinner or to go shopping is becoming something that just isn't safe anymore. One of my favorite places to go and look at shoes had a shoot out in their parking lot at 3pm on Friday. Insanity.

I get that it was revolutionary and all and what it means to the area, but I am not sure I would take the time to tour.
