and no, I am not a coach or guru but I make a living by trying to help others help themselves through psychiatric therapy. So, I read, observe, analyze people and relationships. To an informed but in no way unbiased observer this team has given up on this staff and the staff has given up on the players. There seems to be a total lack of discipline with every player selfishly playing street ball with no regards or adherence to a TEAM game plan. Quite honestly, this team and its behavior(staff and players) mimics a Dysfunctional Family. Fire the coach? Bench the players? Make a commitment to a culture change with or without coaching changes? These are all hard questions to answer but we're approaching that part of the journey where choices, some with long term ramifications, must be made.
