What is the most intolerable fan base in the ACC?

My vote is NC State and it is not even close. UNC is pretty stuck up but at least they have had success in basketball. NC State has done very little unless you count their Basketball Championship in the 80's. For the little amount of success the Nancy's have had they sure are full of themselves. Their fans are obnoxious, unrealistic and just plain rude.

have been attended multiple games at every ACC team's home stadium(save Syr) and none of their fans were comparable to those found in Athens-(Columbia included)

To be honest have had my worst experiences with VT but that was many years ago. During the Vick days their fans were a lot more mouthy.
Wake Forest this last weekend was not too great as well.

My family was right next to the WF students and didn't really have a problem with rude or obnoxious behavior. Although I did get annoyed having to move for the 500 beer runs they made.

I've been to VT 2x. Both times I was super impressed at their fanbase. Numerous random VT fans went out of their way to say nice things to us...

I agree with Louisville, but FSU is up there also. I can't stand that chop. Especially in our house.

Yeah, I've never really had issues with FSU fans. Generally have been some of the best people to tailgate with as well.

I don’t know, we went to Louisville game 3-4 years ago and the fans were awesome. We were in the Jeff after the game and had their fans come up and congratulate us on a good game and how impressed they were with Clemson. Both our team and fans.

74 they surprised me Saturday. Been there in the past and it was enjoyable but not so much Saturday.
I sat too close to the student section and they serve alcohol so those 2 did not mix well.
74 in my younger years I would have made it a bigger problem but I stayed cool. It was hard though.

It used to be Georgia Tech fans for me way back in the day but they're nonexistent now.

NC State fans for me. Wife graduated from there and all her people are State fans. Wife is great but her dad and most of the others have more excuses than any other fans I know. “Dexter Lawrence was coming to state, but the week of signing day his mama was driving a new car” Will Shipley was coming to State, we’re gonna have to beat the team and the refs”. “I hope Shipley doesn’t get 1 yard”,” he must not think much of his family because his family went to State”. State should have won that game but but but………You name it I’ve heard it. I get extra joy when we give them a beat down so here’s to giving them another one this year. Go Tigers!
