That would give Noles 1 loss for shoe & cause them to drop in poles & show they can be beaten..
And, we have UL at home & that will help a lot.
Win against both & we are in drivers seat in ACC!

We need both to have one loss, either before we play them or after. If they win all of their other games, and we beat them both; one will have one loss and the other, two, at the end of the season. That's the best case scenario for our SOS.

We have to beat both of them anyway to get to where we want

to go. I think FSU is less likely to have another in conference loss than Louisville, so I suppose it would be to our advantage for Louisville to win. We get them at home, vs tough road game at Tally for FSU. I still think the Atlantic Champ will have to be undefeated in conference.

I want Louisville to win based on a 3 way tie scenario

We get Louisville and home. Having to go to FSU I'd like for them to have a loss in the event it could end up helping Clemson later. At the end of the day, let's just beat them both and none of this matters.

although I'd prefer that FSU be undefeated when we knock them off in a few weeks.

beating them at home than winning in t-hassee.That way everyone has a loss and FSU still has some tough games ahead. Us not so much. And Louisville not so much.

..but the head says no. We'd probably be better off with FSU being undefeated when we beat them. UNLESS Louisville can beat FSU and themselves remain undefeated. So I guess I'm back to YES!

Obviously it would be awesome to beat both of them. That certainly solves the problem. I was just thinking that if Louisville beat FSU and we beat Louisville, that would be a great scenario. I think it would take a lot of the pressure off heading into Tallahassee.

been thinking about this.

Yes, because it would give us the opportunity for the only away win among the three of us. Also, it causes FSU to doubt themselves, especially if we take down UL a couple weeks after their game.
So we'd get more credit for a home win over UL and enough credit for beating FSU at their place.
Alternatively, beating UL after they lost at home to FSU would just be expected.
