My premise is Brad is good at defensive schemes (Os.) He's not even interested in offensive schemes (Xs.)

In years like this, when we have recruited offensive talent that can make shots (with bad Xs,) our defense costs us the game (with good Os.)

Other years, when our defense is holding opponents in the 50s and 60s (with good Os,) we lose because we just can't make the shots (with bad Xs.)

I believe the same gap in all these losses is lack of coaching up the weakness. If you can't teach shooting to defenders or defense to shooters, maybe it's just not the right career fit.

Who enjoys apathy?? Please make it stop.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills...

He definitely hasn't been good at coaching Defense this season unlike the last 11 years and that's a fact
