I just don't like the taste of it. To be fair, I don't like many hot sauces, but i've always thought sriracha was particularly bad tasting.

I love hot sauces. But some will burn me a new #######, while others are no problem. For example a jalapeno (especially fresh) will produce eventual fire###. BUT, a habanero, much hotter pepper, is fine. It's just an issue, and the Mod Pizza Sriracha pizza sauce was a new one. Knew it was hot "enough" to cause issues, well, it was also the wrong type of pepper I guess.
But it was good. Not worth the problems though. Won't get again.

mac and cheese/pasta, rice and chicken/pork.
not sure it'd mix well with italian/garlic flavoring.
if you want a sweeter version, Wegmans brand is sweet but still has kick. I like the original but this is for people who can't take original
