Pretty sure it’s a legit coot. Probably an alum, as I have met/worked with some intelligent USC grads (funny, though, almost every one of the smart ones weren’t into sports - especially coot sports).

For me, the ‘tell’ is the user name: ‘anon1696966669’ (sic). If he used his/her real name, the other coots would probably vandalize his house, car or business, etc.

If Clemson does someday leave the ACC and go to the SEC, just imagine the butthurt and dismay from the Coot crowd. They will move down yet another peg and can no longer sing the conference theme song.
