the Pavilion at Old School Square in Delray Beach on May 13, May 14, May 17 and May 18.

The Delray Beach venue was chosen for its open-air concept and pod-style seating that allows for social distancing. There are 222 sectioned-off pods, each with room for four, for a total of 888 seats. Pods were $450 for 4 seats.

So as expected the tickets sold out in about a minute with resellers somehow buying many of the pods. Some of the pods closest to the stage were resold for $10,000.00 and obstructed view pods for close to $4000.

Here's the kicker, the venue has announced that they will not accept resold tickets so fans who bought from a reseller are $hite out of luck...the person who bought the tickets must present ID to enter the venue. OUCH!

I'm not sure that they can announce that they will not accept re-sell tickets after the fact that they have already been sold. It seems to me that should have been made clear before the tickets were originally sold. Maybe it was and the re-sellers didn't pay any attention to it.
