7 runners left on base in 3 innings is not ideal. Getting some calls from the home plate ump is. He's called some balls that would have gotten me tossed as a manager.

The 1st inning was frustrating. Got the first two on with a walk and HBP, but Cagle struck out and Guimbarda grounded into a double play.

But, down 0-2 with a runner on 1st and one out, please explain why Cagle was bunting?! What in the world?! Best hitter with power shouldn't bunt in any situation. Someone want to help me with that strategy?

Time to get focused and win anyway . . .

Bases loaded with two outs last inning and we watched a called strike three . . . That’s why I say it’s time to focus . . . This crowd doesn’t do that often . . .

I think she has the “free range” to do it whenever she feels it’s a given hit . . . I don’t think it was called . . . I think she was on her own . . . She was safe and Marisa had the plate with two on . . .

A better question might be, when in the Top of 7 in the second game w/ bases loaded and one out, why not bunt that insurance run home?

Not our call to make, but the “what ifs” are fun to ponder.
