My thoughts on UGA game....

I see a few scenarios that could play out early in this game.
A) Clemson D comes out on fire and playing tough. If this happens and our O can have some success, I can see Clemson possibly getting up by 14-17 points in 1st half. This would be great for second half to take them out of their run game.
B) Both Ds play well (or offenses struggle) and this is low scoring first half, say 13-10, 10-7, etc.
C) They pound it down our throats and ball/clock control leading to a Dawg 10-14 point lead at half.
D) Both Ds struggle against strong offenses and mid-high 20's for both teams at half, say 28-24ish.
My thoughts on probabilities: A) 30% B) 10% C) 10% D) 50%
What say you?

I feel like we've got a chance to win based on the fact

that we've got some pretty good players.
I think they've got some pretty good players, too. But some team is going to win that game, and it's either gonna be UGA or Clemson.
I think there's also gonna be a lot of people watching the game both from the stands and on the tv screens.

It will either rain or be dry...

In all seriousness, time of possession and/or turnover ratio wins this game. If uga is able to establish the run and control the clock, they will be able to keep our O off the field (see scar game last year). That being said, if our D can play consistently and get some pressure on the qb, not give up those big plays that have plagued us the last few years, and maybe force a few 3 and outs, I like our chances very much. I'm getting more and more nervous the closer this game gets, and I fear that I may be forced to wait another year for that special season I've been waiting for my whole life.

UGa matches up very well against the Tigers. If they can control the ball, they win. If we can stop the run and make them have to throw the ball to win, it's our game.
There are 2 big differences between the Dawgs and the #####. First, the UGa defense won't be nearly as tough as the gamecocks' this early in the year. Second, the UGa offense in general and OL in particular is light years ahead of the #####. We don't need to stop them every time, but a couple early stops will make a huge impact on the game.

We throw the ball equally as well as we run it. UGA has no problem throwing to win. I'm pretty sure we will pound it and throw it fairly at will against CU's defense.

last yr. gurley and marshall avg'd 6.2 and 6.5. those are pretty even, esp. when you add in a 3.1 ypc/8 td's for tajh and factor in am's -1.2 ypc and 3 td's. i would much rather be in bv's shoes and try to stop 2 rb's (1 at a time, on most occasions) rather than have to defend against us, with ae, who can run or catch out of the backfield, and/or tb who can run or pass! yes, we all know you can do this and that on about every play, but we all also know that a running threat at the qb position, is an EXTREME pain in the posterior for a dc! go tigers!

Clemson won 42-37.
So it looks like D is the likely answer.
