Saw's BBQ Birmingham, best pulled pork I ever remember

having. I ate there a few weeks ago and got the pulled pork plate with green beans and mac&cheese.

Now, I've never had pulled pork in NC or the Pee Dee, but it was just incredible. The vinegar and pepper sauce was just spicy enough and it melted in my mouth.

Still, I probably don't have the bbq experience that many of you have had. BBQ that I've had in my life:
Duke's and Whiskey Rd. BBQ in Aiken
Shealy's in Batesburg Leesvile
Hite's in Lexington
Maurice's in W. Columbia
Bessinger's West of the Ashely in Charleston
Freeman's in Beech Island
Sconyers in Augusta

Also, in Naples now, we have a pretty good place called Off the Bone.

Can't remember anything topping Saw's though:

New Ellenton. Closed and was shuttered for years before Duke's opened up in there several years ago. Carolina BBQ is in New Ellenton and has been going strong for as long as I can remember, although people say it is not as good as it used to be. I can probably agree with that but it is still dammn good.

I still need to try Freeman's. Have heard really good things but have not made the trip yet.
