With 6 quarterbacks, the real question isn’t really “how many reps can they get”, but rather, “how many reps are you going to give them”? Practice only gives you so much insight. Sooner or later, you have to throw them into the fire to see what they’re made of.

Furman, or any team in a lower classification. I don't see why he does not transfer.

Depth at QB is unlike depth at any other position on the team except maybe kicker and holder. Most of the 2s and many of the 3s know they will get meaningful snaps to give the 1s a breather. They will get the chance to show their talent with the big boys.
Most discussions concerning 2 quarterback systems is that it just doesn't work. Too much time is needed to get even 1 QB ready each week, especially if a complex offensive scheme is used. I think most coaches would like to have one very good QB starting and a 2nd string QB that can be coached up with a scaled down game plan in case he has to enter the game if the starter is injured. If he's lucky, he may get some mop up time. I don't know how Streeter is going to handle 6 QBs, but he'll earn his salary this spring. Good luck Brandon.
