Is anybody else tired of being the gracious loser..

Sep 22, 2014, 1:25 AM

After taking a day to think about last night and all that transpired, I realize that we (as a fan base) are a victim of Dabo's creation. And it is really a good and bad thing. 6 years ago, we didn't think that every season was the one where it could be special and we could finally compete at the highest levels, win the division, win the conference, and maybe..just maybe win the whole thing. We were happy with beating the coots, getting to the peach bowl, and then thumping whatever team we got to play. And that was ok. We would get thrashed by FSU 56-7 or whatever but as long as the season ended with a win at the end of November, the bowl game could dropped and nobody really cared. 9-4 was good enough. Now, that has changed. We expect to the be the best every year and compete every year. We aren't happy at 11-2 now. We aren't happy unless we win them all. That is why I think this year has hurt the most to the fan base (and i would suspect the team too). I hope that all of us can rally for the rest of this season and not give up. Yeah we are pretty much left with a win against USC as being the highlight of the season. The bowl game will be nice to win, but with the playoff; who knows how the ACC ties in will effect which one we actually will get to play in and how big a bowl it will be. And when we finally send the dirtpeckers packing and that streak ends, we will know that while we fell short in our ultimate goal; at least this team made a bit of progress this year in making it the kind of program where we all don't have to be the gracious losers on the way out of the bars. Ok, rant over. Beat the real Carolina this week! Go Tigers!

Dabo proved to me how big of an idiot he really is!! He pretty much gave up the Georgia game by not playing Watson. By saving him for the FSU game. And couldn't even beat them without Winston playing. All dabo wanted was to win the acc!! He could have cared less bout beating Georgia!!! They lost to the only two teams worth a crap that they will play all year!! Acc sucks!!!!! Oh and South Carolina will beat them to death too!!! Go away dabo!!!!
