I'm not sold on Josh Gattis to Miami...

1) Michigan didn't find it's offensive identity until Matt Weiss and Mike Hart were hired this past year.

2) Gattis threw the administration under the bus on his way out in a text to some Michigan players: "Unfortunately, the past few weeks has told a different story to me about the very little appreciation I have here from the administration. In life, I would never advise anyone to be where they are not wanted"

3) There are heavy rumors of him sleeping with a recruits mom. He was actually pulled off the recruiting trail during the season.

4) Doesn't matter anyway.... In the end, Cristobal isn't going to give up control of the offensive play calling. Maybe he should... Oregon was so hit or miss on offense. They were terrible at making in game adjustments and game to game adjustments. They couldn't do a thing against Utah (twice) and lost to a terrible 3-9 Stanford team.


So many talking heads are saying Cristobal is the savior and getting Kevin Steele and Josh Gattis is the beginning of some real magic down in Miami. I'll believe it when I see it.

#2 demonstrates some very questionable maturity from someone in his position (this was reported by ESPN). #3, if true, indicates a serious lack of morals. Perhaps his behavior is why the UM admin didn't want him around anymore and let him walk.

Spot on.

With someone like this on staff, along with Kevin Steele (who was secretly reporting information to donors at Auburn to get Malzahn fired), I wouldn't trust that program any more than the dumpster fire it's been.

It'll be interesting to see what happens. Maybe I'll be wrong, but things don't look good so far.
