And money not a issue for Clemson offer him 2 million a year. See if he bites! Money talks if he won’t take 2 million he doesn’t care about the money. Patience waiting is hard I’m anxious to see who gonna be the guy to lead our Clemson tigers back to Omaha!

My top 2 isn’t realistic but
1. Gary Gilmore
2. Kevin O’Sullivan
Now with that said the next ones are realistic and I’d be happy with either.
3. Link Jarret
4. Cliff Godwin
5. Eric Backich
Couple others that I wouldn’t mind
6. Tim Corbin
7. Nick mingion

I think Neff is after O Sullivan or Corbin. I think he was given a blank check and told to fix baseball team.

I don’t think we are spending $2 million+ a year on a baseball coach.

If we have that kind of money to throw around, I’d much rather get a good coach for $500,000 and use the additional $1.5 million a year on an endowment to give us more “scholarships” for baseball players.
That would make a much bigger difference for our program than spending so much on the head coach.

I don't think either one of those coaches--Corbin especially--would leave their school for even $5 million. Scratch them off your list. That's like saying we hope Clemson would hire Sean McVay if Dabo ever left.

I would take Jarrett over most anyone, including O'Sullivan.

anyone on the list would be a great hire. i love jarrett. do not think it will be him. loved the way bakich coached and his team played. got a little bit of a feeling it may be someone not on the "list". got to think we hear something this week.

I’m pretty surprised more ppl haven’t mentioned M Lecroy… I’m sure he would be gettin paid more here than he makes in triple A… I don’t know for sure what he makes but I’d be willing to bet it’s nowhere near what he would make here even if we offered him 1m a year . Jarrett is goin to fsu I’ll be shocked if that doesn’t happen, think they already know also which is why they canned Martin when they did. Sully is a LONG shot and it would be for personal reasons if he came back and I wouldn’t hate that but Corbin is a no chance I wish ppl would stop even bringing his name up . I also wouldn’t mind Godwin but he’s built an awesome program at ECU just can’t get over the hump , maybe he thinks it’s a little easier road in the Atlantic than it would be in the ACC

If ND had lost to TN today, Jarrett may well have been the next Tiger Baseball Coach. However, IMO, by ND heading to Omaha, that ship sailed today. I have been wrong before and he just got a lot more expensive.

Considering the highest paid NCAA D1 Baseball Coach is paid about $1.3 million a year, $2 million should get any coach you want.
