Yeah Diaz might work fine but I think he still wants to be a HC and I dont blame him for that. He never really had a chance at Miami.. they just now committed the money they needed to build it right but he isnt going to get to use it.
So Diaz is probably a 2-3 year DC.. but there arent many BVs out there so that may be the way to go.
