I don't hate Paul Finebaum...he has a good radio show.

He gives good interviews. He has a very respectable knowledge of CFB history which is evident when he interviews some of the old timer coaches.

But he has his shtick. It amazes me how easily he gets under people's skin with it. Sometimes I get a flash of anger when he smugly dismisses non-SEC football, but I quickly remember that's his desired result. It's 100% shtick.

Call-on shows are for idiots ... callers and listeners alike.

having an extensive list of "regular" callers who can be relied upon to spout predictable hubris. Some were truly epic characters, like the dearly departed "Tammy".

Bama fans can't stand Finebaum... but he gets his clicks and keeps on ticking... I personally can't stand the guy... SEC homer that he is.

Gino Terretta is one of the best analyis guys on radio...

Yeah most of the time, during the season.. he sticks pretty close to the truth.
I mean yeah he hit a hard one liner saying "Dabo's Dynasty is done" (there is some praise in there as well for him to even admit we were at Dynasty level) but it is in the off-season when there is no football that he tries to stir things up to draw attention to his show.
Im honestly fine with it. It makes the game more fun especially when Dabo is back in a few years... he wont forget ole Paul telling everyone "Dabo is done"
