Folks, we haven't beaten a great team sinceTreavor and 44-16. We are falling behind the true elites because of our lack of an oline.

It's not that they're doing a bad job....they were never really that good. They are a ragtag group of 0 to 3 star recruits whose deficiencies have been covered up by having great QBs like DW4 and TL16, along with pretty good defenses.

It's pretty simple. Clemson recruited some real talent at offensive line the year before last. But Elliot chose to roll out there with slightly more experienced, far less talented guys. It was barely a P5 offensive line last year. This year, they found themselves between a rock and hard place, because those talented guys didn't get enough playtime last year to be super experienced, so now its a mish-mash of the less talented guys and the guys who didn't get enough experience last year. Elliot should have bitten the bullet and rolled out the most talented players last year. If the offensive line was going to suck, it should have at least been building into something better.
