The CWS is the goal .

The pitching will have to get much better and this season might be a year too early. Win a Regional and sweep the Coots would be a successful year in my book. Ok it's prolly going to be hard to get a sweep but 2 out of 3 will work. Can you imagine the melt down if we beat them in baseball also. That right there would almost be enough for me.

I'm really excited about this year. I think winning series against coots very possible and not counting out cws.
We lost okey true but we got krall coming back. Got hopes gilliam will step up and then the transfer Tyler ? And picked up another pitcher too that may can pitch mid week games.
Nah, think we're in good shape. How'd beer do at first today?

I think we should be a top 15 type team. If the pitching improves like it should we will be a top team this year. Like you said Krall will be a good anchor for a young squad that got some experience last season. I would think Krall will be our Friday starter so we will have a good chance to win game 1 every weekend.

Do y'all think Jacob Hennessy can make an impact this year? Big kid and a lefty.

Have been to several fall and all spring scrimmages. Barnes looks great and seems to have matured on the bump. Jackson looked good this past fall but has not been as impressive this spring from the bump. Was hoping Crawford would break out this fall. Cox is the better defensive first baseman but not sure how they will handle Beer. He ( Beer) will obviously play. Looking forward to e season.

He has look good. Would think Higgy and Gilliam would get the nods at first to get them back in the fold after missing out this fall. I think it will come down to who is coming out pen on the weekends.

Awesome! Gosh I hate we couldn't make it up there today.
Yeah it would be really nice if lefty slid right into our Saturday rotation. That's the only thing that's ever held Clemson back from winning it all is having steady strong pitching.
Who does fill in for okey though. First pitch less than 2 weeks!!!

Oh thanks. Duh I missed that one with jolley. I love tiger baseball. Nothing like being at the games but when you can't make it up i would rather listen on the radio. Something about radio and baseball.
Must be growing up a braves fan.

Yeah at 735 every night when I was a kid during the summer I was glued to the braves game. Except 1981 I don't believe they were any good until I was grown in the 90s. Now I hardly ever watch the braves but I do get to about 4 or 5 CLEMSON games. Watch or listen to them all.
