Also, the Barbaresco is the best wine listed. About $75 bottle. Good but not great.
The package is about $75-100 overpriced.

Ok, so we do a fair number of these Chef Table events, and they are often 65-100

per person and another 60 + with a wine pairing.

So that price you posted seems steep, esp with the wine included and not an add-on.
Kinda seems like a ‘fuckit we sold out last time, let’s charge more and see what happens’ price.

Wife-of typically gets the wine pairing and I usually just order a couple bourbons.

Was just putting it out there to see what people think. I know the proprietor. Seems a little steep to me.

It may not necessarily be overpriced when one stops long enough to consider

I couldn't get past Stage 2. I can't gorge on massive amounts at one sitting, I'd have to pace that menu over 8-10 hours. One salad and an entree and I'm full.

Unless it's like some tiny morsel one-bite setup.

I probably could have 15 years ago.

As I've gotten older it seems like a Tic-Tac can ruin my supper these days.

It's not so much. A few bites of each.***
