HASH is a controlled narcotic & not a misdemeanor

Nov 28, 2012, 3:02 PM

according to our SRO at school. I couldn't remember the amount when I asked him, but it apparently shouldn't matter. Any coots on here with more expertise would know.

Report had an "or" in the write-up. So I guess that's an offense that includes one substance OR the other, not specifying which one. Must also not put possession of one of them more serious than having the other.

Believe it's a potency/money upscale issue is why it's 28Gs

of weed versus 10Gs of hash limit on the misdemeanor charge. The only other explanation I can see having any play is that it is a processed marijuana product, more than just grown.
