Need to pull up the softball game and baseball game side by side on the ESPN app; it’s night and day. The baseball game looks like it’s being filmed by someone’s grandma on an iPhone 6 while the softball game is professionally done in HD. We have best in class broadcasts; when you have multiple broadcast happening concurrently like last week sometimes you have to ration your resources.

I would not say that. I have been watching all season and the baseball broadcasts have ABSOLUTELY SUCKED. The softball broadcasts have been great though

I wish our team cared as much about baseball as they do softball

Thats not true the softball games also got the one camera treatment on Saturday

When there was a basketball, softball, baseball, and lacrosse game all going on during the same day. Qualk pretty clearly explained what was going on during his show on Monday. It’s not the lack of audios and video equipment it’s a limitation of the control room. All of the video has to be routed through control room and that’s where the broadcast originate. When game are being broadcast on an EPSN linear network ESPN brings in a truck to serve as a control room; when the event is streamed it’s up to Clemson to provide those resources.

Then Clemson needs to provide the resources. We are not a poor school. Maybe we need to pay our coaches less and spend more on broadcast resources.

What about the midweek game? When there were no other sporting events going on? Yet baseball had that one piddly little camera.

I don’t remember that ever being an issue before this year. There’s always been mutiple sporting events on different networks and at Clemson

This baseball broadcast is simply horrible. They show us random shots of nothing while the play is taking place.
