One thing I've noticed about this year is the opponent's seem to have had more players shaken up this year than we have. I know we have had a few, but I think our Tigers are playing much more physically this year, and we seem to be pretty tough. Im proud of the way we have toughened up. Also, the OL seems to have picked up their performance the last couple of games. We are making progress, Go Tigers!!!

Agree Ol has stepped up and Dabo has said its about improvement. 1st and gola on the 4 and no TD is not enough improvement. It can make the difference in the FSU game so continue the hard wrk, become even more determined. TO be a top 15 team and ACC contender we have to have a TOP offensive line. Until this is fixed we will continue to see the Clemson of the last 10 years

Michael Palmer has the heart of a champion! I love his focus and concentration to catch every pass thrown to him. He is a meat and potatoes type of player. You need him in your diet if you are going to win the big games!

Now why the Miami booster club told everyone to where orange is beyond me unless they wanted it too lok like more fams. You had too look for the tiger Paw in the fans but I found far too few for such a great venue (Landshark Stadium) and a game in a 8 hr drive. As the Miami fans held up 4 fingers for the 4 th qtr I told them I appreciated that they had turned in favor of Clemson holding up the Tiger Paw. We had lots of Fun - the five of us Clemson fans within shouting distance of each other. And yes they did try and figure how to celebrate the 4th qtr without holding up a tiger paw. it was a riot. Hope to see more tigers at away games

What if Miami had won the overtime coin toss?...
Oct 25, 2009, 3:59 PM

I predicted that (if the right Clemson team got off the bus) that the outcome would be a coin toss. In fact, the outcome may have literally been the result of a coin toss. Imagine if Miami had won the overtime coin toss, got the ball second, and needed to score a TD. Would Miami have play-called so conservatively? Would they have gone for it on 4th down? We might have still won, but maybe not. I don't even like to think about it. I'm just happy to be on the winning side of a close game for a change.
Go Tigers! 11-3!

Good call! He is the new Tyler G. But even tougher if that's possible. I hope he is ok. I don't understand why that wasn't a personal foul, helmet to helmet. The Miami player went head 1st at Palmer.
GO TIGERS!!!

Not the most recent victory over a ranked team

The line should have read the most recent victory over a ranked team on the road. I'm sure that's what was intended. We crushed GT in the Valley later that year in 2006. GT was ranked #13 or something close to that.
