Brad Brownell is doing a great job of blending his talent and teaching fundamental basketball. I believe he is the best teacher of skills (except shooting free throws, but that has baffled a lot of HOF coaches) in all of our athletic programs. I also really respect his patience in demanding that his players learn the game correctly, instead of the easier way. Obviously, his recruiting abilities over the next two seasons will determine a major portion of his long term success or failure with the Tiger basketball program. As for me, I love his straight-shooting personality and his determination to teach 'old school' Bobby Knight basketball.
