I swear we seen kevin Costner one evening taking pictures of DV, but he split before we got to close. A lady I work with says she seen country singer Alan Jackson in TTT one day.

Of course, I see DavidHood®, Mickey Plyer, Qualkinbush, and Dabo a lot at baseball games. Paul Byrd came to a lot of games when his son was on the team. And, Craig Biggio was right down the row from me when we played ND a few years ago.

I'm not making anyone look like trash but you obviously want me to feel like it. English is not my first language, and considering you know what I'm "trying" to say, I guess I'm getting my point across. The only education I'm seeking on these boards is about CLEMSON, not English. You would probably freak out hearing me speak, but it's who I am and I'm proud to be me.

I went out with a girl from summerville that looked identical to Britney Spears, only thing is she was brown haired but she had it dyed blonde and cut similar to Britney before she shave her head. Truth be told, Britney probably is brown haired too.
I could tell she was gonna be high maintenance so I culled her after a few dates.

Waaaay back in the 1980's my mother had an encounter with Bo Hopkins

around the time he appeared in tv series "Dynasty". Our seats were right beside the portal, and somebody said "Is that Bo Hopkins?" as a man was walking up the steps. As he got closer, it was obvious it was indeed Bo. My mother, who was in her mid 60s at the time, was a big Dynasty fan, and she stood up as he got to the top of the steps, and started screaming "BO! BO! BO!" and waving her arms like a school girl. Everybody all around was laughing. Bo stopped, raised his sunglasses, and motioned for my mother to come on down. Everybody around us applauded as Bo took her arm and they disappeard through the portal. It was near the end of halftime, and about 15-20 minutes later they reappeared, and Bo gave her a goodbye hug before they both returned to their seats. My mother said he was up here filming a movie nearby (I think some scenes were shot at Bad Creek), and that he was very polite and friendly, but she said "I'm not sure he knew where he was". I asked her what she meant, and my mother, who was a teetotaler, said Bo went to the fence under the stands, and a man from outside handed him a big cup through the gate! Anyway, it made my mother's day, and everybody else around us got a kick out of it.
Another time, back around 1970 or so, as we were fighting the crowd as we were leaving the stadium, my father and Strom Thurmond slammed into each other. It startled them both, and they both apologized, and my Daddy told him he was doing a good job in Washington.

I have a funny Bo story. I was at the Peach Bowl my senior year in '79. I had been over-served and went to take a whiz. In the urinal beside me was this guy that I thought was Jerry Reed. Put their pictures side by side and they look a lot alike, especially if you've been enjoying several libations.
I said "Hey, Jerry how the heck are you?" Bo looked at me with a big grin and introduced himself. I profusely apologized to Bo and he was very gracious. He said it happens all the time and sometimes it works to his advantage

Used to see Coach Howard at the Clemson House when I was a kid. Worked for Banks McFadden when I was in school. Went skiing with Fred Cone on Lake Hartwell while in high school.
My not count for everyone, but they were celebs to me.

My husband met Pete Rose at some guy's house he was working at. They were sitting on the porch talking about shoeless joe and asked him if he belongs in the HOF. He said yes, and they asked about Rose. My husband said no, that Rose is a scoundrel! He said one of the guys started cussing and threatened him, but started laughing. Turns out it was actually Pete Rose! He says he was short and overweight, and wearing women's sunglasses. The man who lived there did something with the phillies back in the day.

Lol nope it was at the gate at the hill. He was taking pictures with his phone. He left as we walked up. I didn't recognize him until I seen a picture of him at the BMW golf deal a few days later.

off topic but I took an environmental science class at Clemson and we took a field trip to the sewage treatment plant
I drove…parked my car…locked the door
Here comes Coach Bowden on a morning run

Then he disappeared into the fog

I wondered if any old-timers were gonna mention the Midnight Man. I haven't seen it recently, but last time I did I loved seeing Tillman, the YMCA and even Lamar's in the movie. A guy from Anderson that was big in the community theater had a bit part in the Lamar's scene. What was that? 71? 72? I just remember them being at Clemson and Anderson.

In my time at Clemson ('13-'17) I saw
-Bill Gates (speaker)
-Jay Bilas (met him - actually the same person on TV; kinda cool kinda awk)
-Brian Dawkins (guy is MASSIVE)
-Dabo, Nuk, Trevor, ETN, Sammy, Tajh (like 97 times - one time in TD's we all took shots and he had us like huddled up and gave a speech lol it was epic), and most of the staff on bball/baseball/football.
The only person I didn't meet was D-Rad... Not shocked there.
