Who think Chad Morris may go somewhere by the end of this season your an idiot.
His contract has terms in it that say if another team wants him they have to pay is contract out which is $7.6Million- $1.3million= $6.3 Million dollars. Then along with the contract there are terms stating if I'm not mistaken that the buyout is to be doubled if another team wants him.
So lets do the math.
6.3 X 2= $12.6 million dollars.
Chad Morris is going anywhere. He also said he wants to stay in Clemson and that money is not an issue. HE (Chad Morris) Calls Clemson HOME..

Not saying you are wrong but I highly doubt any asst coach would sign that type of contract esp., the double part.

The first part of the buyout is correct, not the "double" part and it only applies if he leaves to take an assistant coach position, not head coach.

I was gonna say the same thing. That buyout is only if he takes another assistant coaching job; there is no (or at least a much lower) buyout if he takes a head coaching job.

You my sir are correct. I like Dabo but if we lose to the COOTS one more time he's gotta go. No reason for getting beat by a Lousy, NCAA probation, Convict player, Team.

The man is a great offensive coordinator, but that does not mean he is ready to be a head coach. Yall complain that Dabo didnt have experience to be a HC even tho he had been coaching in college about 9 years. Morris has been coaching in college for 2 years.
No way he can be ready to be a head coach until he gets several years more experience.

If a school wants him bad and willing to throw a lot of money into the deal...the buyout is not going to stop them. If Clemson has another good season, then I would expect some of the bigger schools to go after him. Same goes for BV. A couple of good seasons, and good HC position he will be gone also.
