I guess the NFL has affected Thursday night college football games.

Better games on the schedule for Friday night than tonight. I guess the plan is let the NFL take Thursday night from college football. And college football will take Friday night football from high school.

They sure make a big deal about it around here. They each have some version of "Friday night lights" or "Friday night Rivals" or some such reporting special. I think they even televise some of the games on internet TV.

football? It seems most of those Friday games are hosted by places that don't care all that much. Plus who is going to high school games that doesn't have a kid involved some how? Minimal Impact, until a player is like "Hell nah I ain't suiting up tonight. I've got to go watch my college team play"

I haven’t really been able to stomach baseball in a long while. It’s about as entertaining as watching golf, nascar (without wrecks), soccer, men’s tennis, chess, and spelling bees.

Football is like pizza. Even bad football is better than baseball. (I’m pretty sure that’s how that saying goes.)
