I will be the first to admit when I'm wrong and in this particular situation I was dead wrong. I hate it for all involved, this could ruin two lives and I hate to see that regardless of what affiliation they have. I'm willing to bet a lot of alcohol and partying was involved but we will see as more details come out. But as of right now jameis sounds screwed, literally and metaphorically.

It could be Winston sexual assaulting this girl or it could still be the girl looking for attention/fame why seducing him and then crying abuse. I won't make any assumptions. I will say if more evidence does come up that he assaulted her and this happened almost a year ago, makes it seem like FSU covered it up and that's bad news bears...
