Things to do for 2022:

Replace Caldwells position for 2022 with someone younger and WITH previous coaching experience.
Put your entire Oline depth chart on massive goals with strength and conditioning coach.
Give TE control of Tight Ends, only.
Seek-out NFL-based offensive coordinator.
Get Cade Klubnick the playbook, yesterday.
Bench Bockhorst.
Coach Spiller: bring Etienne or pack your bags. Since your inception into the coaching staff we’ve lost Mellusi, Bowman and now Dixon. We have a healthy/mediocre Pace, a 4th string Dukes, and an activist named Rencher.
Finally, find out if NIL money has had an effect on your QB/WR relationship
