I like how our Auburn win doesn’t count

If you listen to talking heads everywhere they keep saying it was early in the season.... like it shouldn’t count????
One dude says Oklahoma win vs Ohio st was huge but ours vs Auburn was early... they played on the same day you idiot.
Keep disrespecting Clemson.... it’s worked so well over the last 7 years.

Last night....they said "Auburn is not the same team now".
And I wondered......what did they do that was so different other than beat an overrated GA team? Could it be that they only look better because they are simply not playing Clemson?
I won't pretend that I have seen many Auburn games this year.....are they that much better now?

I'd say Clemson is a bit different also.

It was also KBs first start besides Kent St. I will give them that they didn't have Johnson at RB but both teams are improved.

The playoff committee does not listen to ESPiN

ESPiN does not like that they can not dictate by saying something over and over and over to make it true. ESPiN does not like anyone thinking past their ruses.

ESPN is the CNN of Sports. They need to stick to sports and stay out of poli-tics. (Poly means "many" and Tick is a blood sucking insect.

That certainly is why ESPN shows such contempt over it

They HATE that it is out of their control. They are still scratching at ways to influence the committee, but most of these committee members don't watch their stupid shows, so it doesn't matter to them what ESPN thinks.
The AP and Coaches poll is so skewed because it is a poll that begins Pre Season - and most voters don't want to appear wrong so they hold on with a violent grip to their "predictions" that rankings throughout the year don't make any sense - its a predictive ranking. The CFP is based on what you actually have done, not what you are going to do.

It was the same crap from them 2 years ago when ND had to play in awful conditions against Clemson, whereas Clemson played the same game in perfect weather conditions. I-D-I-O-T-S. GO Tigers.

I think it was the first thing Hocutt mentioned about Clemson.
I couldn't care less what [insert espn suit here] thinks.
