Some of the guys who stormed the capitol and broke in, and were arrested, are now apologizing for their actions and pleading with the judges for leniency. Reality has fully set in. An attorney for one spoke of the financial hardship on his wife and kids... he's lost job, obviously... etc, etc.
Well duh. LOL. Let's see, maybe I'll drive down to Columbia tomorrow and attack the Guvnuh's office... crash doors, smash windows, spray mace in the eyes of any security officers that get in my way. You know, the usual. Oh... wait... WAIT... you mean I could get into trouble for doing that? Seriously??? Look, nobody told me that. Who knew? Holy carp... look, I'm the breadwinner for a family of five... I mean, if I sit in jail and lose my job... JFC, if I'd known that I could get into trouble, well, I'd have never done it... I swear...
It would be an insult to bags of hammers to discuss the IQ of these people.

I have an old motorcycle helmet and will use a trash can lid as a shield. You slackers can just bring solo cups and ice, like you do at every family reunion...
