him as much as Wake pays a head coach.

Saban hires NFL head coaches and college head coaches for OC and for analyst roles. We should do the same. Pay the man.

Which means that our atrocious performance this year isn’t his fault, and that he will be back next year in the same capacity.

I’ll be shocked if Dabo makes any changes aside from Caldwell retiring and being replaced with a former Clemson lineman (probably Thomas Austin).
