I never understood why they called him Duke Vitale. He always got excited when he saw good basketball. I’ll never forget when we beat #2 Kentucky back in the R. Barnes days. The game was in Indianapolis and Dickie V said “ It’s cold outside you better warm up the busses cause this one is over baby”
