especially good job, Millenials. 41 lb avg weight gain? Impressive.
Personally I lost 10 lbs last year because I was outside doing manual labor instead of being on my butt staring at a computer in an office most of the day. I got a bunch of improvements done to the homestead while "working from home".

jk, congrats. I need to drop a few, working from home has been bad for me about snacking. Ran more in 2020 than ever, but it was slower (with the kids and wife) and I snacked enough to gain about 5 lbs (also no gym). I'm on track to run even more in 2021, but I gotta get the eating back in order.

I don't feel so bad about 4 or so that I've put on. I've went up and down all year but never gotten more than 4 lbs above where I was when pandemic started
Still fat, but this is a win.

We just bought a scale the other day and the results were horrifying. Twenty pounds fatter than my fattest of all time. I don't really care about my health, but in the interest of vanity I'm gonna have to start exercising on a regular basis.

How were you that far in the 1st place? No heatlhy person has 16 lbs to lose, You're very unhealthy. I don't have 16'bs to lose. That's disgusting.

but I think I've lost weight in the past year. I do know that I can no longer walk down the hall and get a bottle of Dr. Pepper and some Fritos like before so that is good. I also don't sit at fastfood joint and get a refil or two.
