Chad Morris, at least for today, has been the problem....
Stupifying play calls....running your "just off of injury" QB seven times UP the center in the first quarter....HE gets injured....so you RUN YOUR BACK UP who is ALSO still nursing an injury??????
How many times have we ran that "toss" run play....it worked VERY well with Gallman/Watson....Not with Davidson/Stoudt....
Cole CAN throw down the field over the middle....Morris just won't call those plays......

Chad Morris didn't stare down an open Artavis Scott on the 5 yard line and turn around and throw an interception into double coverage for a 93 yard return resulting in a touchdown. Sorry bud, Cole IS the problem.

Running Watson that many times was stupid, but to continue to play a QB who can only throw the ball 5 yards down field is even stupider. And that's on Dabo and his youth pastor coaching.

You Cole haters have reading comprehension problems. The OP stated he did not understand running DW so much coming off an injury. Then the wide pitch worked fine for a few plays, but not forever. Running Cole makes absolutely no sense. All of this is on Morris. IMO.

Stoudt missed a wide open TE and instead turned backward and seemingly threw a blind pass hoping someone would be open. You CAN NOT do that. He missed that read or maybe just doesn't have confidence in that pass...

Chad Morris is making all the individual players look much worse. They are put in a terrible position in which their opponents know what to expect and are never kept honest.
Imagine brave soldiers losing a battle because they are poorly led.
Bashing Stoudt, or the Oline, or any individual student athlete is not only misguided, but it's disgusting.
If people are so simple that they actually believe that a major Div 1 program's offense is COMPLETELY crippled by the absence of a SINGLE true freshman QB then your opinion is worthless. If our highly paid OC can't get a single first down against a mediocre defense, and his fanbase is convinced that its all because of one player... then Clemson is totally screwed. What a farce.
